1. Nature of the service

This site provides free online tools: IP location lookup, Whois / RDAP domain queries, DNS diagnostics, browser fingerprint and disguise scoring, User-Agent inspection, Ping probes, port connectivity checks and a speed test. All tools are provided “as is”, without any warranty of availability.

2. Data sources & accuracy

Results come from public databases and protocol queries: IP location is based on MaxMind GeoLite2 (updated daily), domain data comes from authoritative RDAP / Whois servers of registries and registrars, DNS results from public resolvers, and Ping / port probes originate from our Singapore servers. Data may contain errors, delays or coverage gaps. Results are for technical reference only and must not be relied upon for any commercial, legal or security decision.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to: (1) not run active probes such as port scans against targets you are not authorized to test; (2) not call the site’s APIs at high frequency with automation — bulk usage beyond normal human interaction requires prior written permission; (3) not use this site for any activity that violates applicable laws, including unauthorized access, network attacks or spam distribution; (4) not bypass or interfere with the site’s security and rate-limiting mechanisms. We reserve the right to throttle, block and pursue violations.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s interface design, written content (including blog articles) and code belong to ipchase.com and may not be bulk-copied or used commercially without permission. Query result data comes from public channels and may be quoted freely with attribution and a link. Blog articles may be excerpted or republished with the original link and author attribution preserved.

5. Advertising & third-party content

Advertising is the site’s only revenue source, covering server and bandwidth costs. Third-party ads are served through Google AdSense; ad content is the responsibility of the ad network and we do not endorse its accuracy. See the Privacy Policy for advertising cookies. Transactions arising from ad clicks are between you and the advertiser.

6. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service (including business interruption or data loss). Content of third-party linked sites is outside our control.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades, upstream data-source failures or force majeure may interrupt the service without notice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; updates are published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
